Lowering body fat %, some face weight and stomache.

So my face is a little chubby, along with my stomache.

Someone told me to lower my body fat %... how do i do that?


I am going to be lifting a lot..

so im guessing eat right, cardio lots of protein for muscle building since that also helps burning calories and fat, and stay low on carbs.

Haha, you know what you have to do, just do it.

Seriously, if you have fat to lose, focus on that. Don't worry about building muscle. Just worry about maintaining what you have. You maintain by supplementing a caloric deficit with some quality, compound weight training.

On top of this, really focus on cardio as many days per week as you can.

Your nutrition has to be on point.

Eat lean proteins. Get your carbs and fiber from whole grains, complex carbs, fruits, veggies. Eat good fats. Drink water, lots of it. Get good rest each night.

Do some searching and you will find a lot of great info in this forum.
