Anything else I should change or add?

And oh yea, I stopped doing the 3 day split twice a week because I kept hearing it wasn't great, and how I should stick to fbw/lower,upper/push,pull. So yeh.

Was you old split working for you? IMO everyone is different, and if what you were doing was working, F what people say. Results are results.

Honestly, I just didn't feel like lifting for an hour 6 days a week, after the second week i was feeling like i had to force myself to lift. I posted this in T-nation, and they said it was fine, so i'm bout to hit the garage and lift tonight. pretty excited about it.

I just don't like the idea of squats and deads on the same day, one will suffer. Do not have access to a bench?

I think i'll be fine with the deads/squats, but we'll see. I could split them up if they dont workout and put one in B1 and the other in B2. And nope, no bench but looking for one on craiglist.

phate, why when you ask for opinions or help you just kind of ignore it all?

If i ignored his advice i wouldn't have even replied. I am looking for more advice on anyway to improve the routine, but that doesn't mean I should take everyone's advice.

NBS: If i did that, would deadlift go in a lower B2?

Do you think that would be the case regardless of rep range?

Personally I wouldn't do heavy squats and deads on the same day but I'd be happy doing higher rep work

Agreed.

On a cut maybe but I'd never do it on a bulk because my intensity is too high to give it my "all" for both movements. If you shooting for a med-low intensity then you should be ok. Rep ranges will play a factor as well.

Let us know how it works out for you Phate.

I still think with various rep ranges, or even training styles (dynamic etc) you'd suffer to an extent. Maybe not as much, but I don't see any point to it when you're lifting 4 times a week, you know?
