'lower' chest

I have a question about my pecs.

Do you have to work a 'lower' chest at all or does it work like your abs in that there is no 'lower' ab, just 1 sheet or muscle. The reason I ask is that the upper part of my pec has come along nicely since starting the WSFSBIII routine but my lower hasn't made any development at all.

Is this just how the muscle grows or should I be adding anything to the routine?

yeah i dont pay any attention to lower/upper pecs either even though i probably should but if you are, doing decline bench press targets lower pecs and incline bench targets upper pecs/shoulders.

DB pullovers would be shoulder extension, so the upper back also the pecs a bit, and you will need the tris to keep the elbows straight under load.

Remember you have Pec minor.

A deeper lying muscle and smaller muscle located under and lower than pec major.

However my opinion is that of the previous post where it is more down to YOUR body shape.

I personally wouldn't change your programme too drastic e.g. decline presses, decline flys, dips etc etc.

Maybe just add one to your programme as your obviously training well as your getting benefits.
