Lower back

Hey, i have an odd back, because my upper back is like normal then my lower back goes in alot then my bum goes out again.

I have been doing back extensions like 2 times a week with heavy weight and have seen some results, but i was wondering if working it with little weight (high reps) almost everyday will help make my back straight? Or do you think i should continue doing what im doing?

mm there could be a few causes of your back being 'hollow' like that.. one might be that you're in a growthspurt, another could be bad posture (hyperextended knees) another could be you have a sway back posture.

i'd advise to do stretching exercises for the back. such as pulling the knees up to the chest, stretching the hamstrings, stretching the calves. try working out your abs and see what it does.
 
Ohh sorry, i dont think i made myself clear in my first post, i know why my back is like that, its because i have inherited it from my mum, my sister has got the same thing, but since i have lost alot of weight my back has gotten better, but what i am trying to work on is getting the muscles strong and tight enough to make it straight.

As i said back extensions are doing the job ok, but what ever exercise i do for my back to get straighter how often should i do them?
