Lower Back Pain

In the last 2 weeks or so, I've started getting lower back pain when doing squats. I'm not sure why - its not like there's been a specific change to my technique, except that I've made a more concerted effort to push through my heels, where before I was more focused on posture. Could this then possibly be a general result of overtraining?

I've had back problems in the past (inflammation between the lumbar vertebrate), and do feel a slight twinge every now and again, but its now starting to be more persistant, especially with squats. Help!

Post a video of your squat form. Are you bending your lower back? If you say no, how do you know? often the pelvic tilts under and the lower back rounds at the bottom without the lifter ever knowing about it.

I'd be curious to know what it might be, I have a feeling I'm doing the same kinda thing. Probably something wrong with form, right?
