Lower abs

What is the best exercise for lower abs, i do loads of situps but (different variations but i find it really hard to get the lower abs to come through, do i need to do more cardio
 
Dump the situps and move to crunches. Reverse crunches will help target lower abs. Remember, there is no such thing as spot reduction, so as stated in the previous post, a better diet(leading to lower bodyfat) will make your abs show.
 
no, it's just that situps aren't really good for your back. you're doing a lot of extra work by going all the way up, and it's not work for your abs, it's back work.
