Lower Abs

I cant seem to get a good workout on my lower abs, ive been really focusing on roman chair lifts, with weighted cable crunches and sit ups but it turns out its effectiving my obliques more than anything, can someone recommend some really good lower ab exersies

I feel like a broken record. Your abdominals are one sheet of muscle. You cannot work just one portion without working the entire abdominal musculature.

I have the same concern as you tgunz

I hear that all the time, but when i do situps (on the decline bench looking thing where you tuck your ankles) I only feel it in the upper section of my abs. Is there excersises that focus on the bottom half?

Look at it like this.

Your chest= a set of muscles too. However you can target different areas by doing different lifts like regular bench, incline bench, and butterflies.

Is there something like that thats targets lower abs (while of course not eliminating the uppers?)

Correct - and in order to see them, he will have to have a sound diet/cardio/training plan in place.

Visible abs are mainly based on having a low BF %.
