Hello,
I have a question that I am hoping someone can answer.
I am on this slow/low carb diet and I was wondering, since I want to lose body fat, should I have carbs after my workout? or should I avoid that? I know I am eating lots of protein and protein aids in muscle gain but I am hoping that won't happen too much since I am not using very large weights.
Should I refuel myself after a workout to lose body fat?
I have lost 5lbs already I am just worried that I will gain muscle. I need to lose 120 lbs so i am very serious in my weight loss. I have lost 30lb so far.
