Low Fat? But hardly any Abs?

Okay, i am 14 years old and I workout my pecs and abs sometimes. I run almost everyday. I don't think i have much body fat, but my abs hardly show. Do i need to do more cardio? Do i need to do ab workouts? How can i get more defined abs? Can someone also tell me how much body fat you think i have? Thanks for answering in advance :).

Cardio wont give you muscles, to gain ab muscles you need to work them with crunches, planks etc. Lots of examples on youtube:
 
Well, firstly, at 14 you shouldn't be worried about not having abs. Your body is still heavily in its developmental phase and your muscles will grow in time. The only people your age with abs that show a lot are highly, highly specialized athletes. (I'm talking training 6 times/week.)

Secondly, once you have grown more, you'll have the muscles for them to be available to show, provided that your abdominal fat still allows it. There are few people in this world with so little muscle tone that they would need to do a significant amount of abdominal work to make the muscles show.
