Try not get too down on the back problem. And major congrats on the smoking, being someone that recently kicked a 30 a day habit I understand the dedication it takes to stay off the little sh**s.

Remember, just because your back is holding you back (go go puntypething) from exercising, you can still control what you eat and your diet is as important/more important for weight loss. So keep up the good eating habits and you'll be fine.
