AI love your hair! I really want to go curly, but its too short now.
Glad your getting a bit of girly time after being surrounded by male-ness for so long
I remember after I got my cheeks done. Nick was quite upset saying "My Ruth has gone", he hated that I had changed.... Maybe with weightloss its kinda the same thing, people see you as being someone different when your really not. I don't know anyone who has lost a dramatic amount of weight. I know that I haven't thought someone has changed because they gained weight though. Saying all that though, I think that eve if someones weight loss does throw you, if your a decent person you will not let it show, and you will at least have the decency to congratulate them. Its plain rude just ignoring it. My bestie completely ignored my weight loss the first time round (from a large 16 to an 8-10) which upset me, specially as she was always on at me to treat myself. But this time around she has redeemed herself and mentioned it
Maybe you can have a chat with the bitchy people, and somewhere in there drop in "I'm so happy I have become more energetic and healthy, are you happy for me?" Of course they will have no choice but to say they are happy for you, which could make them reconsider their bitchiness. Of course, you shouldn't have to do that. But still.
I like that "pound of fat" thingy. It very true. We are all like "Just a pound? Pah, that's nothing" But it is something. lots of little somethings which make a big something.
