"Love" Handles

I am losing the battle with my not so lovely love handles.

Basically, I need to lose the extra fat on my sides and my general stomach area. My diet is disciplined....should I put in some cardio into my workout?

5'9'' 182 Lbs. (85kg) or so... but i have a size 34 waist.....

Can you guys/gals help me out with some tips to get rid of love handles?

cardio will definately help...i recommend continuing the good diet, and adding some cardio...swimming, biking, running...whatever you like, as long as it gets your heart and breathing up.
 
Run 1 km a day. Do some crunches.


These types of questions really can't be answered, because we don't know your schedule and metabolism. You have to learn what your body needs. If dieting isn't enough (it usually isn't) definitely do some cardio.
