I started Sunday at 74kg, 5 ft 3 and a BMI of 28.9. I normally do taekwondo twice per week however this week am working both days so am trying to fill my week with gym exercises instead. Importasnt to add that I normally eat huggge amoutns of junk food, so although my diet may not seem very strict to most of you, its a big difference for me. Will likely get stricter as I get closer to goal.

Sunday
Breakfast:special K cereal bar
Lunch: bowl of vegetable broth, 1 slice wheaten bread
Dinner:steak baguette with mushrooms, onions, peppers and taco sauce.
Snacks:cupcake, 3 choc digestives
Exercise: 1 hour spin cycle class, half hour of arm weights, 60 sit ups

Monday
Breakfast: porridge & semi skimmed milk
Lunch:Large salad of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, beetroot, prawns and thousand island dressing.
Dinner: chicken, potatoes, cauliflower, gravy.
Snacks: (very bad due to sugar craving) 2slices cheesecake, popcorn, tin of fanta :(

No exercise, bum too sore from Monday's spin class


Tuesday
: Weighed myself this morning. 6lbs off, very very happy!

Breakfast-Muller rice
Lunch-2 slices wheaten bread with butter
Dinner-wholegrain pasta shells, bolognese sauce and small salad, glass of semi skimmed milk.

Didn't eat so much in the afternoon as I was off work and lazed around the house.

Exercise: Gym : half hour running on treadmill (wearing tshirt and hodie to sweat) half hour arms weights focusing on toning upper arms, 60 sit ups, 10mins on cross trainer, lots of leg stretches. Half hour dog walk after dinner.
