Alright i'm 16 and all summer i had been doing great with weights lowering body fat and my cardio. But now soccer has begun and i dont know if my legs could take the soccer plus other running. On the days I dont do weight training i do cardio and ab workout. Do you guys think that my soccer practices that make me sweat a whole lot always running, replace my running cardio. So instead I would have soccer practice ab workout and hit a heavy bag for 20-30 minutes. Will this still help lower body fat with my good diet
