Lost the weight, now trying to keep it off!!

Hello all,

Good news I've been able to reach a healthy weight for my body. Yay! Seeing as I'm 23 and active I've been able to maintain the weight so far. I'm starting this diary so that I can keep myself accountable to my new lifestyle choice. It's easy to slip back in to old habits, but hopefully this can be just the right support.

I have to say well done!! you look amazing! that's exactly how i want to look haha :p
but you look abit "smaller boned" than me :p I'm aiming for 145lbs and in 5'8 so ill see how i feel when i get there. What sort of exercises do you do?
 
Well done on losing all the weight,

you should have no problem keeping it off since you said you lead an active lifestyle.

Hey Becky,

145 sounds great for your height! I really like doing ab workouts, squats, plies',etc. I'll have to up-load a youtube video that shows exactly what I do and then post a link. It's easier to show then tell.

O and awesome job on your weight loss too! keep it up :).

I just want to say, I think your before and after pictures were really inspiring. It's one of the reasons I came back. You look gorgeous.

Good job on not turning to food. I'm that way...I eat when I'm bored, or upset. I treat food like a "reward" or a way to make myself happy. I wish I could go to the gym on my bad days!
 
I totally understand the using food as a "reward". I've really fell in love with learning about nutrition and the body. If you ever want to chat just shoot me a message. It makes me feel great to know I'm inspiring other people to live a healthy life style!
