how ? i'm really struggling to lose weight ( diets didn't work for me ,even most of good wl programs are highly priced , over 50$ per each can you please mention your diet or program?

Well i'm using the 4 day fat loss training program , it's true that most of wl programs are expensive but search for discounts , some eStores gives many discounts on WL programs , for exemple i got the 4 day fat loss for only 27$ from <spam deleted> but i'm not sure if the offer is over or not , but you must keep in mind that if you don't have enought motivation and a strong motivation to get the perfect body then don't waste your money and your time buying the 4dfl or any other , cuz there's nothing on the earth that can help you if you are not helping yourself , good luck and remember "Today it hurts , Tomorrow it WORKS".
