So I probably started about 6-7 weeks ago and have lost about 25 pounds give or take. I have definitely noticed a difference in my face and arms, but stomach is still kinda big.
I'll try to post a couple pics if I can find any. I started at about 265 and am about 240 now. I don't really have a weight loss number goal, but just to not have any excess fat.
edit- Here are some pictures, not sure how great the quality is because some of them are with the cell phone. Wish I had a body picture for before, but o well. It also seems I'm to lazy to shave before any pictures.
