Lost 100 -- still going.

Hi.. Posted before but finally figured out how to add the pics to the post. I've been kinda slackin lately as far as my eating plan is going.. but trying to get refocused and motivated. Sorta depressed I wasted the last 2 months, but trying to put that behind me and just pick up where I left off and keep moving forward. One step at a time I guess, or at least that's what I keep telling myself. :jump:

Wow you look amazing!!!!Congrats on the 100+ lbs! I know you'll reach your finishline in no time! Great Job!

Thank you so much for posting this! I'm trying to lose 160 pounds too, so this really gets me motivated!! You look so awesome! You look so much younger and healthier!

Thanks so much everyone :) I appreciate the nice words that's for sure.. Thanks! ... I didn't realize how dark the after pic is on my computer..on my parents computer it showed up a lot better.. hope you all can see it. (My son took that pic of me and was so proud hehe.. so I had to use it.) Oh and defjbg.. yeah.. we are TOTALLY going to lose our 160 pounds! One pound at a time, we can do it!! .. Let's just make it happen. I remember when I hit the 100 pounds lost mark.. I was in tears because it dawned on me that I was no longer "100 pounds overweight".. (I've been more than 100 pounds overweight my whole life.. so realizing that I was now only 60 pounds overweight was like a dream.. silly I know, because 60 is still A LOT.. but man, it sure is SOOOOO much better than 160! .. ) So yeah, we are totally going to do this! We owe it ourselves. And I keep telling my kids that once I hit the 199 mark, it will be an amazing day because that will be the day I KNOW pigs can fly LOL. :rotflmao:

hi..... what used to be ur cardio routine and how many calories did u burn per cardio session????????? im new to this website so if ive asked this question in a wrong section... im sorry...

Hi.. as far as any cardio .. I would usually only do walking (around a softball field - 16 laps is 1 hour.. that's what I would do while my kids would play).. but I'm not faithful with that. I do it when I can. Second I do resistance band workouts, but that really isn't "cardio" just a way to tone up and burn extra calories. I followed the Michael Thurmond 6 week body makeover plan for that (not his eating plan, just the workouts) it was a good way to start off at my weight - 310+ pounds. I could hardly do anything when I started because I felt like I was going to fall over dead, so it was a good way to build strength and take things slow. As far as how many calories I burned, I really don't know as I never really kept track. I just did what I could when I could. Hope this helps answer your question. :)

Amazing!

That huge second chin is gone and now replaced with a neck and amazing eyes!

Do people even still recognize you who haven't seen you for awhile?

Wow!

Keep up the good work!

You look absolutely wonderful! I bet you feel wonderful too. Congrats on the 100 loss. Thats simply amazing.

I started out at 60lbs overweight and I have 30 more to go. It took me a full year to lose 30 and then another year to work on maintaining that without gaining any back. I'm sure 100lbs would take me 3 years or so.

...

I see an amazing difference !
You don't even look like the same person anymore.

-beautiful !

Keep up the awesome work.
I hope to lose the same amount you have so far- and more !

inspiring. :)
