Losing weight

Uhm can someone please list a few different cardio work outs you can do at home please..

And is this healthy, Im 214 and I wanna drop to 200 or 190...whatever lol..can someone just tell me some cardio..
 
not quite sure what you want from this forum.
As long as your working up a sweat and breathing heay then your doing CV. It starts with you tho, not people telling you what to do. We can give you some info and ideas, but you gotta put the workout together on your own.

There are lots of things you can do to lose weight. I dont know how fit you are, and how much space you have.
if your unfit, you may wanna try walking up and down your stairs.

buy a skipping rope, jump on the spot, jumping jacks, do pushups and after every push up jump up in the air, run round the house, sprint on the spot, get a dog and take it for walks and runs.

but if you wanna lose weight you gotta eat properly. Search the forum, look at this link to see what the rest of us are eating.
