Losing to much?

Alright, i've done some HIIT before but not very often maybe 1nce a months, just for kicks, but! I want to start doing it more.

I'm already skinny, i'm 5'9, 115, and will doing HIIT make me lose to much fat? Becuase it doesnt build muscle would i actually get skinnier? I dont lift it just sounds like a good thing for track season. But should i do it?
