Losing my early freshman 15

After getting into partying in my senior year of high school, I got a bit out of shape and at 5'9" was 175 lbs and a bit chubby on graduation day. I planned on getting in shape this summer, but life got a bit overwhelming and I sort of forgot about that. When I noticed my jeans getting tight and belly becoming a legit gut, I decided to weigh myself one morning last week.


189 lbs. Since then, I've been trying to exercise more and eat better - the simple way. Tomorrow is my first weigh-in. I think I've lost a couple pounds, but my discipline needs to get better.


General goal is to lose 20 pounds, but really just to get in shape and get my habits back on track.
 
I know how you feel I did the same thing! The only difference is it took me almost 10 years to do the right thing and lose it! Good Luck and I hope you do well because all it took for me was to buy that scale!!! :)
