Hello, I'm new to this weight loss process thing and I'm totally clueless. I read around the forums saying something about knowing the maintenance calories, which I don't know how to find out. I'm 17 years old, 5'6, 132 pounds at the moment. I don't have access to a gym and I only have a 25 lb dumbbell. I've been doing 40/35/30/30 sit ups, 30/25/20/20 push ups and 30 squats each night, alternating days between push ups and 4 sets of 15 arm curls. I rest on Friday. It's been 2 weeks since I've done this, and I seen no results. I don't really have a diet, I just eat whatever there is: cup noodles, poptarts, rice, etc. After not seeing results for a while, I realized I can't do this myself. I really need help. Can someone suggest a diet that I should follow and what exercises I can do with my limited resources? Any help is greatly appreciated.
