losing it again!

Oh Sleepless - hitting one-der-land is WONDERFUL news :) Although, I do miss seeing you in your avatar!

Hope you got that exercise in today and glad to hear the sniffles are gone!

Oneder woman.

LOL

I like that. I wish I had got it myself the first time though!!

Congratulations. That's a really nice milestone to have achieved and so well deserved.

Hello, fellow Fox. I noticed on the Spring Challenge Thread that you hit the ONE-hundreds! That is AWESOME and I came to congratulate you. SO-ConGRATS! Looking at yor weight drop since this challenge tells me that you are really working hard. On behalf of the Foxes---YAYAYAY! and Thanks--you rock:)

Well 198 still I cant beleive it! I am just amazed:eek: I feel like running around in circles...That intimidating 80 pounds I needed to lose has turned into a not so scary 53! I am not trying to bragg I am just amazed...giddy even
I had a good weekend even though it was tornado time! My tomato plants are not happy and the watermelon sprouts look bad bad bad! But I cannot complain, I was givin my grandmothers house! And all her antique furnature and china. I spent the weekend rummaging and feeling very lucky! Its a small house but its very very old and my mom has agreed to let me move it onto the family land...I am so excited I am moving to the middle of nowhere! of course I am already in the middle of nowhere but now I can have a 200 acre plus garden! I will never come inside again!!!!!!!Anyway I am watching my back because anyime I have this much good news something is bound to happen...
We had two or either 3 tornados near by and spent all day yesterday without power...That was no fun! And with all the good new there was some bad. My best friend since school days had a tragedy her brother and 9 year old nephew were in a head on collision...we spent most of saturday not sure how bad they were, they were flown to MUSC in charleston and it was really bad...I have since learned that they are ok but the dad has two shattered ankles and a broken sternum and christopher the son poor guy has a broken back and broken teeth and they had to remove some of his intestin, it was damaged by the impact. We are all just so happy that they are alive...But to be so young and have a brocken back gosh thats just heartbreaking:(

Thanx tiff...I am addicted to exercise all of a sudden! And it feels great!:D

I didnt get any real exercise in today:( spent the afternoon at my friends house seeing what we needed to get to build a wheelchair ramp:( Her brother and nefew will both be in one when they come home so we gotta get it together before they get ready to get out of the hospital...I guess tomorrow will be a better day.

Oh wow!! What a lot of ups and downs and turn arounds you are moving through!

The news about your friend's relations was mixed indeed.

The health changes you have already made will help you cope with the awkward days I'm sure. I bet you are champing to get back to your exercise.

I'm sure you will tell us more about the new house when things settle down. It sounds like you have a wonderful change in store there.

Congrats on Onederland :)
So what'chu got in mind with that there Lasso of Truth ??
Thank Ya...:)
As far as the lasso...maybe its a measuring tape? I havent taken any measurments...still afraid...very afraid:p

I'm sure you will tell us more about the new house when things settle down. It sounds like you have a wonderful change in store there.

Well I am very happy to have it for sentimental reasons...It belonged to my adoptive Dads Parents...I have no idea why it was given to me! But I have been a good steward in comparison to some of my siblings. Well as far as antiquities go anyhow:p The exciting part is having my mothers blessing to put it on the family land as there was a nasty divorce involved and also noone has lived on the "farm" in nearly 100 years! We went and removed the antiques and started the process of stripping and bracing so we will have to save some funds to get the move done but I hope it wont take long... I am however a little concerned about how everyone else will feel about me being the recipient...but noone else seems intrested at the time. I just hope once the work is done noone changes their opinion on the matter. I have decided that I will not live in the house, my husband I will restore it and place the original contents back inside and then turn it into a family cabin down by the lake where we can all gather for camping and general family get togethers. We had already had plans for 3 homesites in the next year or so one for my mother one for my brother and one for myself. So rather than change it all this can be a place to use in the meantime, especially since my husband will be building and overseeing the construction of all the homes. And we will all be out there alot...far from town or civilization:D
ok I have rambled enough...I need to get my workout going before I have to go back out and help with the wheelchair ramp...we are going to try to build the whole thing this afternoon when my hubby gets home from work.

198!!! ONDERLAND!!! AWESOME!!!

*GREAT BIG SQUISHY HUGS* Im sorry abt everythign else but good for you for beign there for your friend and helping out when in need...even though they are coming home in wheel chairs they are still coming home it could be alot worse...Im sorry for all your going through but you that house will be a happy cloud that has the silver lining - that is so cool!

What a lot of building! It sounds like you are creating something quite wonderful for the whole family.

Is that your little one in your new avvie? That is the sweetest photo. :)

Thats her...just a cell phone pic, but one of my favorites!
Thank you...she is a good kid and the light of my life:) Ever since she came along so many "issues" just dont matter anymore.

Thank you again!:) we were standing on some steps, it made for a nice pic I thought:D

I have one hour in so far with my workout and for some reason I am so sore!
I guess its from moving furnature but my arms are soooo killing me!
Maybe Ill have a hot shower and a tylenol before I get back to it:) I never take pain killers ect. so I hope I even have one...amyway I have got to get back in the swing of the workouts one hour is ok but not fantastic...I just really want to stay active, from now on! FOREVER:p

Thanx M2M! So is yours!:)

:( what next! Now my husband is hurt, he cut his hand with the skil saw at work had to go to the er for xrays and stitches!:( and my friends brother is being releised today, so we have to get the wheelchair ramp started now!!! He is a pretty big guy and there is no way his skinny family can get him in or out...Geeeee Whizzzzz when will it all slow down! Hey guess what else, I havent finished my taxes:eek:

Well Tiff one thing I do know is that it can be one of the hardest things on earth to start. But yet I have found it to be one of the most rewarding as well. Some days it is all I can do to force myself to start, but usually i feel great after the first 20 min. of warm up...I also know that if I stop or get away from my routine It will very hard for me to become motivated again:eek:
*passes Tiff the bottle* you asked for it!;)

Day 30, and still on track:) Things are slowing down around here today so I have done 2 hours on the cycle and enjoyed some time in the garden. We finished the wheelchair ramp late last night and even saw him get to use it so I think it will be simple enough for his use during recovery. Other dramas are unfolding with my prodigle brother that have me pretty stressed but I am definatly getting a lesson in coping while remaining on track.I did however eat a burger yesterday:( They offered them to us while we were working and just wouldnt take no for an answer, I still kept my calories nice and low so I am not gonna fret too much. But it shattered my record:mad:
I must say I cant wait for this month to be OVER...Its starting to bug the hell out of me:p
