Losing fat ?

Hey guys .
I was just going to comment on the other persons thread but my problem is kind of different . I was just wondering if anyone has any idea on how to lose fat in the chest and in the abs. Im in football , wrestling , track , and baseball so i run alot . After Track practice i go in the weight room and get my work out done . NO matter how much on i work on my chest and abs i can never lose the weight . Does anyone have any ideas on how to lose this ?
 
You can't spot reduce. We are, however, predisposed to losing/gaining fat in certain areas over others and these are the last places we usually see it go. Just keep at it and eventually it will go. Diet and activity are the only way to address this problem.
