Losing fat while getting bigger

I know they say its impossible to be kind of bulking and cutting at the same time but I am in a bit of a pickle.

Over time I have packed up on significant mass on the majority of my body as I have mainly been bulking, but as a result, have had to sacrifice that with a little bit of fat developing around the stomach and waist, hey that's where it goes for us guys right.

I am just wondering if there is anyway to lose this while still getting big. I mean I am still doing cardio every week but am still eating big to pack on more muscle.

I know its highly unlikely because science says so but is there any advice you can give. Will I have to sacrifice a bit of muscle to lose that remaining fat?

Yes you can do a bulk/cut if u wanna call it that. Most of the time you will see people who are heavy and are starting to workout not really do it, but it kinda just happens. If you have fat to loose and just start lifting heavy(like a bulk) you will burn some of that fat even tho you are not trying to. It just happens as you tax your musscles and you metabolism rises.

Speaking of; what are you "stats?" Weight, heigh, age, experience?

But IMO its better to do a clean bulk and a clean cut. In the long run you will see results that are better(what ever better is to you) than trying to mix it together

I think enough people manage to drop fat and gain muscle at the same time for it to be accepted as possible (Chillen is a good example of this). I think the question should be ‘which is most effective?’ IMO it’s quicker and easier to follow a bulk/cut cycle but if you really want to keep looking in beach ready condition all year round then the main thing is to keep your training, diet and sleep patterns as perfect as possible.

You might want to take a look into carb cycling as that’s pretty effective at fuelling muscle growth while allowing fat loss
