I new to this forum and have done my research on past threads to see if anyone had discussed a similar issue but no threads posted on this issue... I have been working out for over a year now and my face is still a bit chubby (no double chin or anything like that) I have heard that having a fuller face is part of your genetics but in my teens i had a very thin face, i put on some weight (5'11 207 pounds) between 18-21. I have been working out like mad 4-5 days a week for 1 year 1/2 read on everything possible to imporve the lost of fat to my face but i am not gettin any where here...? I am currently 5'11 at 172 pounds. I am desperate for some answeres before looking foward to lipo =(
By the way i bench 285* i can run miles and miles......

help please

285 wow that's a lot, anyway all you can really do is keep loosing fat eventually your face should become leaner. But as you say part of it is genetics

trust me...keep it as long as it doesnt look fat. i never had a fat face even when i was heavier. now 40lbs later, my face almost looks bony..i think my face was much more attractive when i had fat on it. so keep it as long as it doesnt look pudgy lol.
