AMrVee - turns out you are right - it wasn't as bad as I thought. And yep, snacking is always the downfall, eh? Pizza here is GOOD! Very close to Italy, you see? Nomnomnom. But pizza bad. Pizza bad. Pizza bad.
Cate and Eerika- my gorgeous girls! Thanks for visiting! Cate, yes, I think you can understand what a turnaround this is for me with my body image thing. Babies do weird things to us
I really hope to hold onto this positivity. Eerika - After you have your lovely little boy, we can go on this journey together! It has taken me six months though... Don't worry about it too much right now, as long as you are staying healthy!

WEEKEND
was a total right-off. Bloody Christmas markets! Fried things dipped in sugar or covered in cheese... too much mulled wine... all culminating it the first fondue (and resultant cheese-coma) of the season. But geez I had fun.
And actually, I didn't eat a LOT, just crappy things.
Therefore I was totally shocked when today, weigh in day, I'm half a kilo lighter. Hmm? I'll take it!

TODAY was pretty good:
Breakfast:
- A slice of brown bread with cream cheese, a bowl of blueberries and black coffee
Snack
- small pot of natural yoghurt
Lunch
- Tofu steak thing (?) with spinach, olives, tomato and mozzarella salad
Snack
- black coffee and a square of dark chocolate
Dinner
- wholemeal spaghetti with four meatballs, and broccoli
EXERCISE
- I ran for the train. Hard. All the way from my front door, with the pram. It was only eight minutes, but non-stop running! I feel like that was great!
- And, as usual, twenty minutes of walking around and around on the cobblestones with the pram trying to put my bean to sleep in the morning.

I have a new hairdo
I like it.Very easy to look after - this is what it looked like after being caught out in the sleet for a while, so that's a decent sign.
