It really doesn't matter what scale you use as long as you use the same one consistently and use it the same time at regular intervals... you might even be better off with a tape measure andmeasure every other week...

267 brings you to almost 10lbs -that's awesome :)
 
thanks michelle :D I kno, it just feels like this year is the year!!! I know alot of people are saying that, and i wonder if it is jus the new years hype. but honestly it feels like this year will be the year!!! Good luck!

This year is what we make it! I feel yah.. this is going to be THE year....because dang it I want it to be & am going to MAKE it be.

& that scale sounds screwy. I'm with Mal, just pic one & stick with it & the tape measure stats help in the long run.
 
Howdy ""EM""******BIG BIG HUGGS****I have been meaning to get my butt in here and see how things are going,Lol I miss the TRAV&EM Heading I keep forgetting this is you.I would try to stay away from the scale as much as possible because at times we let it decide our fate for the day and if you know your doing good then no need just do a weekly weigh in,I know hard said than done I used to hop on I swear 3 X'S a day and I have been doing it maybe 2-3 x's a week.Also you will know cuz you close start fitting not so snug.Anyway you off to a gr8 start and this will be "ALLLLLL"of us "WLF'S YEAR"!!Have a nice day Tammy

WOW...thats cool, i didnt know anyone lived close to charlotte either..thats cool....GASHOUSE....lol..i know alot of people who go to my school live there...feel bad for them..i'mma city girl..hehe..with a little country mixed in..hehe:D
 
ty u all so much for ur support. my internet has been down since yesterday, but im finally back :D my weight today was 266.6 now i feel bad for eating that sausage biscuit and hasbrown at mcdonalds this morning. :p i left work early today, goin to doc tomorrow, think im getting the flu. :(

Tammy~yea, i miss that one too :D i shoulda made it that that this time :/ it describes me better tan this one. maybe i could get it changed? do u kno how to?

Mal~ yea, im excited to be at 10 lbs gone. I have been on fluid pills for a while before i started dieting, so i dnt think most of it was water weight, so thats really helped me stay motivated :D i should start measuring. I will have to buy a cloth tape soon, before i lose another 10 lbs :D


Ring, moon, and everybody~ this year HAS to be the year, im so sick of starting, stopping, starting...stopping. lol We WILL do this and keep eachother on track :) I am looking forward to it. At the end of the year we are gonna have to par-tay!!!:party:

I am trying to learn if you have a not so good "MEAL" pick back up with
your next meal instead of waiting for tomorrow,it makes a huge difference

Hiya tammy. Thats funny, i was just reading my old diary under my other username (which i miss dearly) and u told me i was more on track than ever, and then, shortly after that, i quit posting, lol. oops. Thanks so much for the motivation and support :)


Hope my weigh in is good in the morning. Forgot my fluid pill today :/ Also, goin to the doc in the morning, having mild chest pains....he told me 6 months ago if i started having them it could be cause of my meds, and i need to go back. so, im goin in at 11:30.

Hello everybody :D Weigh in day way today, and it was a good one...265.4

Heeeeyyyyy Maaaalllllll im past the ten pound mark now :D

im super psyched about this cause, initially, when i first started dieting and exercising a year or so ago, i started out at 310 lbs, now, in just 5.4 more lbs, it will be a total of 50 lbs lost!!!! i cant wait to reach that mile stone!

so, i went to the doc, an everything turned out ok :) got on some stuff for my anxiety, and sleep. I lost 12 lbs since i went last time :D he didnt seem too impressed tho, so when i go back in 6 weeks, im gonna blow him away lol im hoping for 15, but 10 will do :D

Great job in losing with the measurements. At least you didn't gain this past year... you are doing great.
