Alrighty, another rainy, sleepy, boring day, lol. Get to go to work...again
we get paid every two weeks where i work, and last week i had 53 hours and this week, i am scheduled 43, so it wont be so bad once i get paid hehe.
In weight loss news, im still at 272, im pretty sure im retaining water now due to tom....i hate tom.... i love to use it as an excuse to eat anything, which I WILL NOT do this time
Something i was wondering about is if anyone adds weight loss shakes into their day. I know i am always workin and tryin to get everything done around the house, and so is my boyfriend, (tandem118) so we never have time to really cook healthy or have a whole lot of time to hardly cook anything unless we have that day off from work. (which recently has been one day a week) so, i was wondering if u guys would consider it a good idea to start drinkin like the atkins protein plus or whatever its called. I know some people consider them high in calories, but i hardly ever get over 1500 cals a day, which is too low for someone my weight and height i believe. I also think that may have something to do with me being able to lose weight. Maybe my body thinks i am starving myself?? One way or another i will get this weight loss thing figured out, lol.
