Trainer Lynn said:Im not an expert on the show, but I've heard the same things. I do know that Jillian is either loved or hated. In February we are doing a conference together so I'll get a change to grill her more than ever. I'm excited.
Anyway, my thoughts are that the show itself is a motivator for many people. It may not be the best way to lose fat for everyone... but it's helping people too.

It was working on the Abs thighs, Shoulders, Triceps, Chest, Hips.
