Keep up the good work and positive attitude, diet pills are not the way to go! What happens once the diet pills are no longer in use?? Most people gain back what they lost and then some!! Do it right, diet and exercise, that's the winning combo!!! I'm so proud of you turning on the tv and working out! GREAT JOB!!! keep that up, and you will be going down that scale I promise you!! :party:

I think the 100 cal snacks (cheetos my fave) are good to have once in a while well heck I used to have 1 once a day with my healthy made sandwhich and it would do the trick every time the problem with them is if you find yourself eating 2-3 pks a day and after hours ect.Anyway congrats on the scale heading in your favor,have a nice day Tammy:party:

I am pleased that the scales have stabilised and given a nice weight. You have to be careful about how scales stand.

It just goes to show that I was saying - be good with your food and exercise and the success at the scales follows. Well done.

If you are weighing every day - it does make sense to post on the club.

I think that I have not posted my weight on the club for a day or two. I tried thismorning before I left home - but the site was down. I should get access to my spreadsheet tomorrow so will post then (assuming that the site is up).

Breakfast Waffles, Gluten-Free Syrup, Blueberries (190 cals)
Snack: 5 Baby carrots (26 cals)
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Pizza, Banana (395 cals)
Snack: 30 Grapes, 2 Grahm Crackers, sugar-free chocolate (372 cals)
Dinner: Marie Calender Chicken & Dumpling (400 cals)
Snack: Protein Water, Healthy Choice Ice Cream Sandwich (160 cals) (EDIT: I ate an ice cream sandwich last night before I went to sleep.)

Total: 1543 Cals

Exercise: 20 Minute Walk N Tone - I dunno why, but I did NOT feel like exercising today. I was really lazy today. But I did the 20 minutes, it's better than nothing I guess.

Water: 1 1/2 liters

Those baby carrots are a great snack! You did really well with your food.

You did well to do 20 minutes exercise when you didnt want to do it. Some days you get more energy than others - the big thing is to do as much as you can and to try and do something (unless of course you are not well).

I know what you mean about the scale being weird! Mine fluctuates so much. I agree with the others about holding water. I know I hold water and I think it's messing with my weightloss.

As for the pills---Good for you for not taking them. I feel the same way you do about them. There is no easy, quick fix for weight loss, we all gotta figure that out.

I'm glad to see your scale read in your favor. :) Keep up the hard work and it will pay off.

Margaret, I love carrots. I've been trying to eat fruit and vegetables that I can actually eat without adding stuff to them. I mean, I like broccoli, but only smothered in cheese sauce. I like celery, but only with peanut butter on it. Or any vegetables that have been salted and flavored and boiled so all the nutrients are out of them. lol. But I never eat vegetables that are raw. Carrots are probably the only vegetable that I like raw... so there it is. I'll just keep eating carrots. :)

Lunch: Turkey Sandwich (265 cals)
Snack: Sugar-free Chocolate, Yogurt Bar (224 cals)
Dinner: Chicken Breast, Corn, Mac&Cheese (425 cals)
Snack: 100 cal chips

Total: 1630 cals

Exercise: 45 minutes Walk-N-Tone

Water: 2 LIters

Not a great food day. But got more exercise in than yesterday. I'm beat. Good night. :)

Well done -you did well with your exercise and your food looks pretty good to me. You have protein, cereal, dairy and at least 4 possibly more portions of fruit / veg. I would be pretty pleased with that if i were you - it is a healthy balanced diet.

I'm usually very ravenous at night. I usually control myself though and don't give into it. Instead of heading to the kitchen I just sip water and busy my mind with something else. Or either I just go to sleep, and that takes care of it.

I think it has a lot to do with the fact that I usually exercise at night, so I think that makes me hungry.
