Lose weight with glass of water

Hi friends some days before i read some were we can reduces our fats with drinking water ,,,,,,,,,,,but daily we have to drink lots of water.
 
The only way water helps you lose weight is keeping your body hydrated so it can survive along with helping give a full feeling while/before eating...but it doesn't actually help reduce fat. If you claim otherwise, post the medical study.
 
Drinking ice water, or any cold liquid causes your body to burn more calories to raise the temperature of the water to your body temperature, it's basic science of energy transfer.


However the amount is very little, it's about 8 calories per glass of ice cold water (240g of water @ 4 degrees C)
