Alright,so straight to the point.Iam seriously going to take control of my downward spiral life,for iam done getting bullied,looked down upon,being insecure and a loner. Enough is enough time to take things seriously for this is my life and I get to decide it's path.
I will be starting for a a journey of improving myself not just losing weight and being fit,i am going to get hold of my studies and social life and stop being insecure.So from 2Oct'16(just 3hrs left till midnight) iam going to be a new person.A better one.
My first weight loss target is 10kg till 28 October '16.For that till now a rough plan is to exercise 30mins daily (treadmill or Lesli Sanson's videos).Daily caloric intake strictly between 800_1000,500ml water each hour.no sugary stuff AT ALL! I will go for Barley porridge with 3 dates in it every but have lemon and honey water on empty stomach in the mornings.fruits for lunch and one cup milk. for dinner what ever is cooked but just half of normal around 7 and an hour before bed green detox water.
