On a new diet so hopefully I stick to it! And hopefully it works this time. I'm glad I'm still in the 150s considering I had munchkins and a glazed donut. Yumm! Hadn't had one in awhile.
I was actually 159 lbs yesterday so I lost about 4 lbs in a day.
But I only ate breakfast yesterday so that's why. Today I had breakfast. Skipped lunch. And I'm going to eat dinner so my metabolism doesn't slow down!
