loosing all that fat

Two years ago I lost 7kg(from 63kg to 55kg)and had that weight for about half a year,but not any more :( Now I am using the same diet(no sugar,less bread,training every day... Wish me luck!!!!

I am also in love a bit,I hope that will help :D
 
First 3days are the easiest for me.

This is my measure:

arms-32.5cm
chest-88cm
waist-73cm
buttock-102cm
thigh(legs)-62cm
legs down-36.5cm


Goal or first week:
-550-570 minutes of exercises per week
-lose 2-3 kg
-don't eat anything with sugar
 
First day was successful :!:

I trained for 90minutes(30min in the morning,and an hour now)
I ate:
for breakfast-2 apples,coffee with milk and multivitamin tablets
lunch-50 g tomato,50g potato,50g peas, 100g calf meat,piece of brad
dinner-300ml yogurt , piece of bread,100g strawberries
 
That doesn't seem like enough food... particularly if you are exercising. I know it feels good when you get fast results but it is much more maintainable if you are eating a reasonable amount of food.
 
Third day of diet,everything is ok.I was driving a bike for almost an hour,did some exercisers for muscle definition...
