Loosin Pregnancy Belly..

HI I'm new here.. I just gave birth 2 1/2 months ago and im tryin to loose this flabby belly.. The only excercises ive been doin is walkin in the treadmill for bout 1hr everyday and some others to strengthen the abdominal muscles.. i was wondering if there are any moms out there that can give me any advices on how to make the belly go away..Right now im 144lbs and im trying to go down to 120.. i used to be 110 before my pregnancy.. here are pics of me now.. thanks
 
diet really matters!(when i dont eat right my stomach bloats up right away)..and try a denise austin dvd when she works the abs you really feel it and she targets the stomach muscles that keep your stomach flat and sucked in....best wishes.

I read your problem in this forum, as a friend i can give some suggestions to regain your beauty ,Just by doing some simple exercises like sit ups, jogging, swimming, walking in the sloppy area in regularly, during free time. In your message you mentioned that you are practicing in the trend mill. its also helps to reduce the belly fat. :cuss:

you can get even better ideas to lose the belly fat by reading the articles (spam deleted)
