Looking To Start A Keto Diet But No Idea Where To Start

Have been seeing more and more about people having success with a Keto diet.

Want to give it a go myself but no idea where to start.

I have been mostly consuming eggs, chicken and fish which I think is included but no idea what else I would have to start eating to replace my apples and grapes which I imagine would have to go.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
 
you want to stick to fibrous vegetables for your carb sources, most fruit is high in sugar, Avocado is popular for keto/low carb (I have an allergy so don't eat avocado myself). Most people can have small amounts of higher carb fruit but only in very small quantities. It is not about cutting those foods out but keeping them to small rare treats to stay within your macros
