Nice to see you back. Good that you are stopping it before it gets out of control. That was my problem - I used towait until I had 30 pounds to lose then do something about it. Not any more though-lol. Funny when I was at 170 and then went back to 190 I thought I looked better. Not so hollow looking in my face. Nice pic by the way. I always had a sweet tooth and still do but I am better at stifling it now. Great job on the lifting. I know when I used to lift if was the callouses across the palms that used to hurt like hell. The fingers used to ache too.

188 this morning and I'm off to the workout. Bench press and general upper body stuff today. Longish workout that starts off with five sets of 5 at 160 pounds.

All coffeed up and ready to go, so...
 
Amazing journey! I jumped back to your page one and smiled. Glad to see you worked so hard to get to where you are. I've successfully lost all my weight twice and regained with following pregnancies. So disappointing.. but that is life! My children are school age now (kindergartener starting this year :) ) and I'm not planning on having more babies so no excuses. You have inspired me! Keep up the great work! Thanks for sharing.
 
188 this morning and my second (and final) legs workout for the week is over.

The battery on my car wouldn't turn over last night. I'm gonna wait until about noon and then see if it will start in the warmer daytime. If so, then I guess I'll drive around town for a while to try and charge the battery up some. It's due for an oil change so if I can just get it charged to enough to take it in, that should do.
 
You are not far off that aged 29 weight again Vee. Hope you get the car up & running. Do you have jumper leads?
 
187 this morning. Was doing fine yesterday and for reasons I can't explain chowed down on several slices of cheese last night. It's the work I think: when I have to go into "deep think" mode to solve a math issue, sometimes my brain wants food while I obsess. Need to work on this.

Anyhow, push workout done for today. Wound up getting a jump start for my car yesterday and then every hour or so after, got back in the car and drove it for a bit. Haven't started it up yet today, hopefully it will still be charged (if not, then clearly the battery needs replacing).
 
187... nice! Hope to get there soon. You better hurry up your weight loss, I think I will be there in 6 weeks or so :p.

197 this morning. I'm thinking that after stuffing my face at my friend's Super Bowl Party, I probably shouldn't have eaten that entire box of pop tarts.

Speaking of the party, apparently every person I know has now successfully coupled up. 13 people: 6 couples and me.

So to review: got drunk Friday night and hit the IHOP after for all you can eat pancakes as a self defense maneuver. Ate all day Saturday in order to chase the hangover pain away. Was a good boy all day Sunday until the party, at which point I chowed down (didn't drink though), and then bought a box of pop tarts on the way home and polished that off in under an hour.

Not a real big fan of myself right now. But I'm gonna fight back starting right fucking now. Pardon my french.

Monday morning legs workout is done...
 
Holy hell Vee! That's quite a weekend! Might I point out that even in your time of wreckless abandon, you didn't drink during the event that's the ultra excuse for drinking. Chock full of the strongest marketing decrying the seperation of football and booze as folly.
