So glad to see you still here kicking some butt! Working on the 'little' final details must be difficult because you don't see the 'big changes' (like the scale dropping 4 pounds overnight), but you're doing awesome! Can't wait to see the sexy scruff!

When I do the pic I'll try and replicate as best as I can.

172.5 this morning, so the undoing of the holiday damage is continuing nicely. Strung together a bunch of "perfect days" in a row now.

Today is my mom's 69th birthday and I feel so terribly lucky that I still have both my parents and that they still have each other after all of these years. Going over there to celebrate tonight. Got her a nice Malbec as a present (shopping for her birthday is very hard so soon after Christmas). The one downside is I have to find some room for tonight's dinner and birthday cake. Will do my best and if I go a little over, I'll take it off of tomorrow's allowance.

Pull workout is finished. Busy day working yesterday, but hoping my work has a good impact.

And no I did not win the $1.5 billion (yes with a 'b') powerball lottery. Of course, being a mathematician I didn't actually buy a ticket so that was one reason why I didn't win.

Playing the lottery is called Idiotensteuer (idiot tax) here; not playing means you win every week, even if it isn´t 1.5 billion. Congratulations to la mama :party:
 
Popping into say Hi. I see you're growing a beard. I approve. I love me some beards. Chef knows if he wants to piss me off, all he has to do is shave. haha! Glad to see you're still on here. :)
 
Hey Jen! Welcome back!

171.5 this morning. That's 7 pounds in six days. I could lose another 3 pounds if I wanted by shaving my beard. Obviously I haven't really lost that weight (it's mostly just water and stuff), but it also means I didn't really gain that much weight either in the first place.

It's Friday, which has been the absolute hardest day for me of late. Going to see if I can't find a concert to go to tonight to give me something constructive to do. Anyway, it's workout time.

Back from the workout. Lots of new people at the gym. Some regulars are grousing a bit as it is crowded. But I think it's a good thing: the more people who come, the more likely it is that I'll meet my future ex-wife there.
 
I wish I lived somewhere you could just find a concert to go to at the last minute. Heck, I'd settle for any kind of event.. Sigh.....small town problems. lol.

EDIT: Sure ain't lookin' too good. They all kind of suck or are not my style...

I bet Hugh doesn't have to vacuum though.

Anyhow, this "Well-Known Member" was 172.5 this morning. Going to take today off of workouts and do legs workout tomorrow.
 
Great pic Vee! I have an idea for another Hugh Jackman picture for you to mimic... You'll need some really big claws. :D

FYI I'm imagining the vacuum is some kind of long fingered robot that's about to tap you on the shoulder. :eek:
