It's that time again, time for drunk posting! {crowd applause}
We settled up the tab at the bar and the Miller High Life tab was $15.00, my expert knowledge of the prices indicates that this means I had five Champagne of Beers. But my friend also cajoled me (and do you know anyone else who can use the word 'cajoled' while drunk) into having a couple of whiskey shots with him (something like a dragonmoraggon or something like that, Scottish I'm pretty sure). So add a couple of those on there. So I skipped dessert today and was probably about 140 cals short on the rest of today's food, so that cancels out two of my High Lifes. The three remaining High Lifes are 420 cals, and I don't know what the whiskey was. 100 a piece maybe? So that's maybe 620 cals extra. I figure I'm running a deficit of about 1100 calories a day on my normal diet, so even with the festivities, I probably still lost weight today.
Tomorrow should be an unusually low weigh in as generally alcohol dehydrates you. That said, I'm not nearly as blitzed as I am sometimes, so maybe that dehydrating effect won't be as large.
No personal training tomorrow which is probably a very good thing.
