Looking to increase muscle mass

I'm 16 years old. I'm about 5 foot 7 inches, 130-135 pounds. I'm looking to add muscle mass all over. Any suggestions or routines? Currently I'm doing a full body routine. Squats, Romanian Deadlift, Barbell curl, Bent-over rows, and military presses. All 3x8. I seen some gains from that but I want something a little more advanced to focus on getting bigger.
Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks.

Drop the curls, do chins and dips and eat as big as you lift.

It looks like you're on the right track with your routine but the biggest hurdle for someone like you is gaining weight so you need to train your body to eat more. Read the nutrition sticky for tips on gaining weight in the right way and staying healthy

Where is the bench press. ^^ agreed eat big to get big but make sure that it is clean healthy foods. Your looking for lean muscle gain not fat storage. Good Luck

yeah but it's not really a full body if you never work the pecs. I'd say throw inn a bench press there, unless you got some reason not to do it.

Yeah, I know there should be some kind of chest work somewhere I'm just starting to really hate how over-rated the bench press is.

Well-developed pecs are a chick-magnet for us yanks...
Lol, all women are different, my girlfriend hates me working out as she likes skinny guys and finds muscle a turn off.
I told her I'd cut a couple of months back but I lied ;)

(She doesn't complain when it comes to lifting suitcases and stuff though)

Though the bench is overused by the masses is a vital piece to all workout programs espeically for beginners if use properly

Im skinny, do I count?:)

Since you posted that 3 times with different smilies, I suspect you really WANT to count :p

On the bench press and pec thing. I'd agree bench press is an overrated exercise, but that doesn't mean it's a bad one. And if you want big pecs, you might want to add something that actually focuses on the pecs, you'd be suprised that the bench isen't really the king of pec exercises.
TESTOSTERONE NATION - Build a Huge Chest in Six Weeks
read that.. I'm not saying you should do the program (although it probobly isen't a bad one). I'm saying read the theory, and try one of the two exercises he explains along with the bench press if you want bigger pecs.

This doesn't compute in my brain. I'm lost. I had to read this over and over again. I've not known a girl to find muscle a turn off.

Hmm, actually I'll go around asking later.

Lol, all the years we were together and I was really skinny I thought she was just trying to make me feel better by saying she liked my body the way it was. Now I'm 50-60 lbs heavier, she turns round and says that the muscle growth is a real turn off and she prefered me skinny and it really suprised me.

It just goes to show that men really don't ever listen! :)

Ah, a woman who loves their man will accept what makes their man happy. I have been married 25 years (oct), she set the tone by saying I couldnt do something, now that I did accomplish what she said I couldnt do, she prefers me 30 lbs heavier as before. (What the.....)

I made a personal decision, now, and she has no choice but to accept it, I will not allow going back to the same body composite despite what she thinks to the contrary. But we are so engrossed in liking who WE are as persons that the physical portion is not a major player as much as the more important factors of marriage and with this we embrace one another (if you see what I am saying).
