Looking for someone I can keep in contact with on progress/motivate (and for them to do the same with me)
Starting weight: 305 (2/26/11)
Current weight: 255 (6/6/11) (50lb loss in around 3 1/2 months, none of which is water weight due to the fact I was learning different diet methods weeks before I actually scaled in on 2/26/11 (technically was doing strict diets before the weigh in of 305). I took everything I have learned and started to apply them. No keto diet, no long term fasting (looking for permanent weight loss and I love me my carbs).
