ive been weight lifting for a steady 6 months, i see improvement from day 1, but i have not gained any weight (same weight). actually, ive shed fat and lost an inch on my waist. i just started to take creatine, 2 servings a day. i even started coughing up $4 a bottle for isopure protein. those drinks are expensive and i cant afford it every day, so i take it 2x a week (after chest and legs). every body part i target, i do at least 4 different exercises, 3/4 sets each. im now working out 4 days a week.
mon: chest & abs
tue: shoulders & triceps
wed: legs
thurs: biceps & back
so do you guys have any tips? i know eat eat eat. but thats hard (time & $). im a skinny guy, fast metabolism. i feel stuck.
