I think if you keep at it you'll hit a point where you feel good at a certain weight. You're a very attractive girl don't be so hard on yourself.

Thank you for your support! I hope that I'll be able to reach a weight I feel good at within the next couple of months. Summer is always the most discouraging time of year, because you can't hide under a sweatshirt or jacket.

I'll try not to be so hard on myself! My self confidence needs a lot of work, but everyone on this forum is really helping me to stay positive! Thank you!
 
WOW! Congrats on your awesome success! You're looking awesome. I'm an inch taller than you, and I'd like to get down to around 160, too. Your arms look amazing! :D I'm so jealous. I know what you mean about the no-touching-thighs, too. I think I've had DREAMS about them!

Thanks! I think my arms really are starting to tone up nice! I just can't wait until the rest of my body follows lol those stubborn thighs and tummy suck!

my goal was to be able to wear a bikini by this summer also. But then i lost my job and had to move away from everything i knew.. needless to say i didn't achieve my goal. I'm trying to get back on track thoe and have been cycling a lot and trying to eat well.

ANYWAY. I think if you keep to your routine you'll loose whats left like it's nothing! Just center your mind on that goal and stick to it for a couple weeks to a month and you'll see.

I'm so sorry! That sounds horrible! Cycling is awesome; I really enjoy using a stationary bike, because my balance isn't the best lol Do you like to cycle outside? or do you use a stationary bike as well? Eating well is definitely one of the hardest things to do! I always have bad days where the Reese's peanut butter cups or brownie sundaes will call to me haha, but this forum has really helped me to stay on track with my weight loss. I hope that it helps you too!

I don't mind cycling on a stationary but I prefer to be outside. I love riding my bike! or taking a walk or jogging. Thanks for the sympathy. Sometimes things have to change though and you gotta keep up. Man i loove me some peanut butter cups.. the best way I think to avoid eating delicious fat treats is to not have them readily available. Out of sight out of mind they say.. works for me!

Wow I'm jealous! I have so much trouble riding a bike outside haha. I look like a fool wobbling all over the place. For some reason, ever since I was little, I've never quite been able to get it down.

You're definitely a more mature person than I am! I would still be feeling sorry for myself rather than realizing that things change and that you just have to keep up. Change really sucks sometimes lol.

Peanut butter cups are the best! lol I've been trying not to keep them readily available but somehow they always end up in my shopping cart when I'm at the store! Every now and then it's hard not indulge. I'm not one of those people who can just abandon all of the delicious fat treats I crave. That's no way to live! I've just learned to eat those things in moderation though lol. I've come so far and I really don't want to go back to weighing 250!

if i looked like that i'd be out in a bikini right now. it isn't about what anyone else thinks, it is about how you feel. do you feel like you are ready? then you are :)
