Hello, just signed up and was looking for some advice. Im 25 years old weigh about 150 lbs and am 5'9". What im looking for is ideas for a workout program and diet. I would like to maintain my weight maybe even gain a little more but would like to be a bit more muscular and cut. I dont want to become huge but dont want to continue to look like a skinny geek. Some of the problems I face is not knowing what to do, and when to do it. Also I have a condition called Ulcerative colitis, so I have a minor problem with gaining weight. Any help will be much appreciated.
