Looking for some advice please

Ok I am 28, 5'10 and 181lbs. I was member of gym but havent been in over two years now, I currently have a BMI of 26 and a Body fat of 14.3%. Reckon need to lose around 15lbs. I am now going gym 4 days a week doing core training monday and some weight training, cardio and interval Tuesday, Thursday light cardio and weight training and Friday doing kickboxing for hour.
Any work out tips and realisically how long with that would it take to get a six pack/definition?
Bear in mind never had six pack but did have flat stomach before
 
If your BF is really 14.3%, don't worry about your BMI. It says you're overweight, but with your BF that's not the case. Then again, you say you've been out of the gym for two years and your belly is no longer flat; I question the accuracy of the BF reading.

Your goal is a six pack. Obviously, you need to work your core and lose fat. There are many, many threads on the subject. Read a few. How long will it take? Depends on the current state of your abs and your true BF. Why worry about how long? Just keep working it until you get there. The journey is where the fun is.
 
Sounds about right. How are you getting your bf%? The army says I am 24% based on their measurements and that I'm obese. Crazy bastards.
 
Hi Thanks, well got my BMI from gym and bf I got from a machine not the PT and also from a place online where enter all measurements.
Sounded low to me but had two things telling me it. But only place really carrying weight is stomach and chest. Rest of me still pretty lean
