Looking for Inspiration!

Have looked at several exercise & work out DVD's and they look really good, huge respect for people with this committment, I am still looking at different programs to get stuck into with hubby, no decision yet but fingers crossed. A big thank you for all the tips I have found so far.

Working out is nothing more than perspective. You need decide to first try. Then try a little harder. Then gradually work your self up to an awesome workout. Once you reach the awesome workout level you will never want to miss it. The first step is to start moving in a way that you know you will learn to feel comfortable doing. I was once told find some thing you can do for the rest of your life. I'll tell you one thing, your body is a lot strong than you ever dreamed it is! GO FOR IT!
 
if you want something to do with a partner, try zumba! That was how I was able to convince my girlfriend to workout was that she could see me embarrass myself and dance. Not only is it a good workout, but just watching eachother do these latin dance influence workouts also increases our desire. They have a dance tutorial which is nice and slow and allows you to master the moves and build up the strength to do some of the moves. Then there is a 20min workout and a couple longer ones.
