I am in Human resources; because of globalization we are facing so many problems like the role of HR managers changing substantially and the HR functions and HR department are being reshaped in order to better serve the various stakeholders of HR in order to make the management of people and the organization more effective. We have to make synchronization with different people like line managers, employees, suppliers and legislative body of labor unions.
