Looking for Ab advice!

Hey,

Just wondering if anyone else has the problem with pushed out abs? Basically I’ve strong abs now (At the moment I’ve a small bit of fat covering my abs but I’m not worried as trying to bulk up a bit) but even without this fat my abs seem pushed out quite a bit. I used to do quite heavy weighted crunches and was wondering if that the reason? Or is it just genetics, breathing wrong or something else?

Any ideas how to make them look more sucked in or tapered?

Yea probably haven’t been working obliques as much as rest of abs to be honest. I thought it may have been incorrect breathing sort of pushing out the abs? Will mix it up for a while and focus on a obliques and see what happens.
