Hi there. I never seem to find the time to post enough on this site! So, a little bit about me and what I'm looking for in a weight loss buddy.
I am a 24 year old red head that weighs 216 lbs at a whopping 5'7" tall. However, I don't look like I weigh that much. I don't want to follow what all the charts say exactly because the charts don't work with my body type at all. I'm looking to get down to 165 lbs. 173 was my weight in highschool and I'd honestly be happy with that. I work ridiculous amounts of hours between my two jobs. Something like 65 to tops of 93 hours per week. So obviousely, I sleep VERY little. I also have no idea when to eat because of the amount of time I stay awake.
I'm hoping this will change to a degree. I'm always going to be one of those people that never sleeps and is a work-a-holic. But I want to tone it down. I'm going back to school this fall and my schedule will run so that I will be working 2nd shift rather than NOC's. I think that maybe this will help with my eating. Right now I'm attempting to keep my calories in the 1500 range, but I'm seeing little improvement and get discouraged easily. Which brings me to what I'm looking for in a weight loss buddy.
I'm looking for someone like me. Big suprise, right? I'm looking for someone that I can text or instant message anytime and they can do the same for me to give eachother little reminders throughout the day to make the right choice in food and remember to go to the gym. I'd do the same for them. It doesn't really matter where they're from, sexual orientation, gender(though I'd kinda prefer a girl, way too many men in my life right now) just that they have a similar goal and similar lifestyle. And of course, if either of us needs to break off the relationship at anytime, I'd hope they'd be as understanding as I would be.
Oh, and being a phan of Phish would help too, because I'm obsessed with them. If I was a guy, I'd totally be gay for Trey.
